The efficient solution for reinforced materials

The Metzner CCM2 is a circular-knife cutting system for steel-reinforced profiles, hoses and other demanding continuous materials where cut quality and process stability are critical. It is typically specified for applications that require accurate dry cutting, controlled blade behaviour and reliable handling across both flexible and rigid reinforced products.

The machine is suited to manufacturers who need consistent production quality without moving to a larger multi-stage platform. Compared with the CCM4 and CCM6, the CCM2 is the more economical choice where the priority is dependable reinforced-material cutting rather than gap detection, wet cutting or in-line travelling-head operation.
