The Metzner KL-BV is a precision cutting machine designed for delicate, pressure-sensitive and elastic materials such as medical tubing, silicone hoses, flexible profiles and gaskets. With an ultra-thin angled blade, and adjustable feed speed and contact pressure, KL-BV offers clean and deformation-free cuts. Ideal for demanding production and cleanroom applications.

The high-speed option for smaller elastic and sensitive profiles

The Metzner KL-BV is a precision belt-feed cutting machine designed for delicate, pressure-sensitive and elastic materials such as silicone tubing, medical hoses, flexible profiles and gaskets up to 18 mm diameter. Its ultra-thin angled blade, adjustable contact pressure and long belt feed deliver clean, deformation-free cuts on stretchable and soft materials where dimensional accuracy and surface quality are critical.

The machine is suited to demanding production environments, including cleanroom applications, where high throughput and repeatable results on smaller-diameter sensitive materials are the primary requirement. Compared with the KL-BV40, it offers a significantly higher cut rate of up to 330 cuts per minute, making it the preferred choice where output speed matters more than accommodating larger cross-sections.
